Appointments & Cancellations A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at the salon’s discretion. No-Shows No-shows will be charged a fee and must pay the fee before booking another appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, adjustment to your service, or cancellation fee if your appointment can no longer be completed. Service Changes Please communicate any desired changes to your service before your appointment. Changing or significantly reducing your scheduled service at the time of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee, as your appointment time was reserved specifically for the original service. Clothing & Personal Items The salon is not responsible for hair color, lightener, or other products that may accidentally come into contact with or stain clothing or personal belongings. Please wear clothing you are comfortable having exposed to professional hair products. Payments Payment is due in full at the completion of your appointment. Accepted payment methods are available at the salon. Booking By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the salon’s policies.
